The staff is cheery, caring, and great at their jobs.

Very good Doctors, who will go above and beyond. The extra cost is worth it if you care about your animals.

Been going here for a few years, top notch staff and great doctors.

I cannot say enough positive things about Scott Kruse and the staff at Village Vet. I currently have 2 labs and have had a lab that passed away 5 years ago. Scott cares or has cared for all three of them. All three labs have had rare and possibly fatal events in their lives. Scott and his staff worked to find the problem and then treated them appropriately. His staff most recently, Amanda and Noel treated my dog Reggie as if he were there own. he was hospitalized for 6 days and they would all sit with him and make him feel comfortable. I would recommend Village Veterinary practice to anyone. They are a top notch practice and Maria at the front desk is wonderful also

I highly recommend Village Veterinary Practice.

After a year of trying to get my dog's ear infection under control at a different vet and spending a lot of money on failed treatments, I switched to Village Vet. I am very happy I did, Dr. Hayna and the whole staff are very thorough and pleasant. Dr. Hayna actually listened to what I said and was sensitive to cost and treatment options that would fit my schedule and lifestyle. She was able to think out of the box and come up with a treatment plan that I was able to manage verses trying to get me to hold down a 38 pound terrified dog twice a day for ear treatments, which was not feasible. I don't think their pricing is out of line, especially compared to the other local vet I went to previously. I highly recommend Village Vet in Clarendon Hills!

I've found their prices to be right in line with the vet we had downtown, not cheap but not exorbitant either.

Also feels good to patronize a local Clarendon Hills business.

Our dog got into something toxic while we were at work, rushed him to VVP and was given immediate attention and ended up taking a lot of the doctor's time but she seemed more than happy to do it. After some tests and an increasing temperature, needed to go to the ICU at a local animal hospital for overnight care. VVP arranged the transfer, spoke with the receiving doctors and explained the situation, and got us on our way quickly.

They seem competent enough, but so very pricey. My cat went in for a urinary problem and came back with a head cold - constant stuffy nose sneezing and watering eyes - he's NEVER had a cold before and it started the day after he spent the afternoon at Village Vet. I'm not happy about that. I'm short on money right now, and even though Village Vet has never had a problem getting paid by me, (including last week's $400+ visit) didn't offer to work with me so my kitty could at least get the care he needs now, and then I could pay them in the near future - in less than a week. So, my cat came home sick, and now I can't afford to bring him in to be checked out. I miss Dr. Andres at Clark & Oak in Chicago - he's the best, wonderfully smart, and compassionate and caring enough to actually CARE enough to mean it. Care beyond just money, imagine that.
